		<description><![CDATA[The priority idea is actually very similar to the system that my current guild uses, save that we use it for all raids, not just 10 mans.  The basic principle (that it makes looking go quickly and efficiently) applies just as well to those circumstances.  Once a month (when priorities are set) it means a good bit of work/research on the part of the raider, but it definitely makes this go quickly.  

DKP just takes too long to do.  Some achievements, like Arachnophobia, would be nearly impossible to do unless you skipped looting entirely and came back later.]]></description>

Then later, we were doing a dungeon with pug players and she needed a plate item on her Druid (she did not know). Now she knows and will usually ask what to choose.]]></description>
