A little late on the uptake here, but there isn’t a cash shop in APB, at least not yet.

I’ve also yet to hear an ad in-game, so maybe that ‘feature’ hasn’t been implemented yet.

I will look at the Blizzard Fanfiction contest and again be horribly disappointed at the complete lack of Asric and Jadaar fanfiction. These two being the only characters worth writing fan fiction about.

If Turbine’s new game IS a Harry Potter MMO, that’s just… delicious. They’ve already shown with LOTRO that they’re capable of being very true to an IP, and I’ve always thought that the Harry Potter universe was a great potential setting for an MMO.

Not sure what kind of endgame it would have, but I’m sure they’ve got a general idea!

I’ll see that bet and I’ll raise you the announcement for Blizzard’s top-secret next-gen MMO against the release of SW:TOR as well.
