Reasons why I don't like Eurogamer: They make up crap.

Nexon is worth $1.1B in Revenue. EA is worth $3.5B.
Nexon has approximately $3.1M in assets while EA has almost exactly $5M.
Nexon has 3.2K employees while EA employee over 7.8K over twice as many locations.

While Nexon is showing better operating incomes currently of $500M to EA's $312M, that is due to EA's extremely aggressive buying power in the last 5 years.

EA is controlling more than twice as much in everything over Nexon, and doubling their own revenue projections compared to Nexon.

The question isn't whether or not that this rumor has any truth to it, becuase it's not even possible. How does a company half another's size buy out another? Nexon doesn't have the assets or 5 year revenue to even cover EA's normal Operations. For Nexon to somehow buy EA would mean Nexon would accept a dept they could never get out of.

Now.... that aside... a merger or a partial selling of property by EA is more likely. EA does have a good deal of dead weight or baby fat they would like to shed. Maybe in markets that Nexon can turn into profits.

The Marvel game is rather good, I've been playing it for about a month (I blame rockjaw), there isn't a tonne of nag popups. More if you want to spend cash the option exists but isn't rammed down your throat or makes you feel like your missing out/nerfed by not splashing out on faster training.

The plane missions feature is good and let's you earn some cash while you're offline, without the restriction of expiry that Zynga games often feature, normally around crops etc.
The PVP works quite well as you develop your pokemons :)

But then I think my hero progress has slowed recntly due to the Secret World/War game

Went to see the movie yesterday afternoon with my better half and we loved it. Possibly better than the Ironman movies. I don't think any fan of superhero movies will be disappointed.

I really hope Nexon are not buying out EA - I played their Vindictus game which was ok but the advertising side of things and in-game monetisation was just damn intrusive. then again I didn't pay anything to play it so I should probably not complain.
